Terms and Conditions for NBA IKEJA CRÈCHE Booking Website

1.1. Welcome to NBA Ikeja Crèche ("the Crèche) booking website ("the Website"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and the services provided by the Crèche.

1.2. By proceeding to make your booking on this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2.1. All bookings made through this Website are subject to confirmation by NBA Ikeja Crèche.

2.2. Payments for bookings must be completed online or in accordance with the payment instructions provided on the Website.

2.3. Any changes to bookings must be communicated to the Crèche in writing or via the designated communication channels at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

3.1. By making a booking, you declare that:

• The child to be brought to the crèche is in good health.
• The child is not suffering from any communicable or contagious ailment, including but not limited to fever, flu, or other illnesses (except those expressly disclosed in writing to the Crèche during booking or at drop-off).

3.2. You have are required and you agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of the child during the booking process.

4.1. The Crèche shall take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in its care; however, it shall not be liable for:

• Any pre-existing medical conditions or undisclosed health issues of the child.
• Loss, damage, or injury caused due to the actions of third parties or circumstances beyond its control.

4.2. The use of the Website is at your own risk. The Crèche disclaims liability for:

• Technical errors, interruptions, or failures in the Website resulting in uncompleted payment.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to information due to hacking, malware, or other cyber incidents.

5.1. The Crèche shall not be held responsible for:

• A child's adverse reaction to any activity or meal provided, where the parent/guardian has failed to notify the Crèche of relevant allergies or medical conditions.

8.1. The Crèche operates a "no-refund" policy. Cancellations made not less than 24 hours before the booked slot may be eligible for cancellation. However, customer shall only be eligible to rebook another slot, subject to availability.

8.2. Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations made after booking.
